Casting announced for Les Misérables 2026 arena world tour
Cameron Mackintosh has confirmed the lead casting for the Les Misérables Arena Concert Spectacular grand finale. This follows a two-year world tour that has broken records globally. The production is now moving into its final phase with performances in Dublin, Birmingham, London, and New York between May and August 2026.
To mark the show's 40th anniversary, Mackintosh has assembled a company of the most recognisable names in the production's history. The role of Jean Valjean will be shared by Alfie Boe, Killian Donnelly, and Gerónimo Rauch. Taking on the role of Javert are Bradley Jaden and Jeremy Secomb, while Fantine will be played by Katie Hall and Samantha Barks. All were previous cast members during the 40-year history of Les Misérables.
The rest of the principal lineup includes the following:
Thénardier: Matt Lucas
Madame Thénardier: Marina Prior and Helen Walsh
Marius: Jac Yarrow
Cosette: Beatrice Penny-Touré
Éponine: Shan Ako
Enjolras: Christian Mark Gibbs
The Final Schedule
The tour hits four big cities before going to New York.
Dublin (3Arena): 29 May – 6 June
Birmingham (Utilita Arena): 11 June – 14 June
London (Royal Albert Hall): 18 June – 21 June
New York (Radio City Music Hall): 23 July – 9 August
The London dates are particularly significant for the fans. It is the first time Les Mis returns to the Royal Albert Hall since the iconic 10th Anniversary Concert back in 1995.
